Fats are not bad and we should always include fats in our daily diet. Fats helps us to get in a calories surplus who are seeking to put on muscle mass. Healthy fats are beneficial for the below statement as well as for good hair and skin growth. It doesn't means that fats are high in calories and we should have to avoid them. If the one is in a calories deficit with proper balancing in macros and micros then they can easily lose fats. Having healthy fats can cut down the bad fats in our body as well.

Healthy fats like polyunsaturated or omega 3 fatty acids helps in hormonal balance and also give boost in testosterone levels.

So have a handful of nuts and enjoy the benefits of having healthy fats and stay away from trans fats.

Their are several types of fats found in different foods, where some fats are healthy and others must be avoided from our daily diet as well. Saturated fats can be consumed in moderation but must avoid trans fats. So healthy fats focus on include:

This fats are the healthiest fats and this fats contains omega 3 fatty acids which are way more beneficial for heart health, brain function and hair and skin grow.

This fats are highly found in fatty fish or in nuts like Almonds, ground nuts etc or in some oils like sunflower oil or soyabean oil.


Having this omega 3 every day can lose your extra weights and keep your heart healthy as well as take care your skin and hair.


Monounsaturated Fats

This fats are also come under healthy fats and have health benefits. This fats like olive oil, nuts, avacardo comes under this fats.

You don't want to remove fats from your diet, but you know that fats have 9calories per gram and if you want to be in a calories deficit then cutting down fats from your diet is only the way to be in a calories deficit. But if the one want to be in a calories surplus can cannot able to eat much calories, then consider adding fats into your diet can help.

Never try to avoid all the fats from your diet because fats helps in regulating many Hormone balance in human body and have below health benefits as well. Enjoy your fats and have a lots of benefits out of it.

If the one is not having enough fat then might feel more hungry, it was said that having healthy fats with your meals reduces hunger, many experts went in search of explanations and found that we are simply built to enjoy fat in our food. Including a small amount of healthy fat in each meal, along with lean protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables, can control cravings longer between meals.
