Introduction

Experiment with the veggies you add to your stir fry. While we suggest the veggies below, the recipe is incredibly flexible! Use the veggies that you and your family enjoy the most for a custom stir fry that you’ll love.

Make sure to let the chicken marinate for at least 15-20 minutes before cooking. Even better if you can let it marinate for an hour or more.

Don’t skip the garnish! Fresh sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds add a wonderful amount of flavor and texture to the final dish. Also make sure to put out extra soy sauce, tamari, or coconut amino, in case folks want a little extra boost of flavor.

Steps

  • Put oil in a pan and heat it up.


  • Chop the chicken breast, onions, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and peppers into small pieces.


  • Add onions and chicken breasts to the pan and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.


  • Add spices and vegetables and fry for 5-10 minutes.


  • Now put everything together in a bowl and decorate with a little leftover parsley.

  • 200g chicken breast

  • 100g onions

  • 100g mushrooms

  • 200g carrots

  • 150g cherry tomatoes

  • 300g peppers

  • 5g olive oil

  • 1 tbsp pepper

  • 1 tbsp parsley

  • 1 tbsp oregano

  • 1 tbsp thyme

  • 1 pinch of salt
